Note object

A note is a free-text entry attached to a single contact, optionally pinned to the top of that contact’s page. Notes belong to a contact and to the space (API key) that created them.

Key fields

Field	Meaning
`content`	The note’s text.
`pinned`	Whether the note is pinned to the top of the contact’s page.
`contact_id`	The contact this note is attached to.

Internal-only notes (restricted to users with the private-notes permission) are not exposed through this API: you will only see and create notes visible to the group at large.

Updating notes

PUT /v1/contacts/{contactId}/notes/{noteId} is a full replace: any field omitted from the request — including pinned — is cleared. Always resend the full note if you only intend to change one field.
